I bougjht 5 cragar 15 x 7 soft 8 wheels from quadratec a couple of years ago for like $231.00 Delivered to me front door !
How is that overpriced?
I will use sponsors when I can, but when I get a great deal, I would be Fool to pass it up!

Well, I just joined the club yesterday at the March meeting and other than introducing myself haven't posted anything so I'm sure I'll bump and dig up some old news threads to some. But this thread topic is a hot button in our house.
In fact, after the meeting yesterday my wife and I and 2 daughters went to Jackstack in the freight district with my mom, another member, Bill (my uncle), my aunt, and two cousins. (this was my wife's idea and, yeah - it's cheap eats )
Anyway, she was saying last night at dinner that I've "spent thousands on that Jeep" and "every week something's getting delivered."

Aside from the purchase of the rig here's a rundown:

OME lift - $760
Tires - $780 minus $300 from sale of the stock meats
Spidertrax spacers - $200
Superchip - $265
Skids - $490
Used full size spare + mount/balance - $50
Transforming grill - (bought a chrome grill off a guy on JG) $100
Rear hitch shackle/lock - $45
HiLift lift mate - $35
Costco floor mats - $10 (a steal)

So - all in I'm at a little over $2500. For me, this is not exactly what comes to mind when I hear "thousands of dollars" but technically she's right.
Anyway, I have some other mods up my sleeve so give it some time and I'll do
my best to prove her point. ;)
