Cummins to tow the cummins

Finally getting back into driving a truck. the last 4 years I have been just using my dad's but half of the time when I want to wheel he is using it.

98 ex-cab 12V cummins 2500 2wd 5 spd. I will have to post some pics some time. Last time wheeling my buddy pulled the cummins jeep with a gas chevy. That is just kind of strang.

about 20% under KBB Private party price... it needs syncro's in the tranny. So I will have about a day's work and $150-400 depending on if I do them all and bearings or an upgraded 5th gear nut.... haven't decided. I think I will buy the syncros and get in to it first if it looks good I will not mess with every thing else and have it all back together the same day. If not I will have to order parts and wait...

Right now you have to double clutch third to keep it from grinding.
