  • Major Metal Fabrication and Supply

I recently picked up a Torchmate CNC Table and I have started a small part-time business offering up these services to others. I can cut anything from a small tab or bracket for your rig to wall art for your man cave. I can also supply steel for your projects. Let me know what I can help you with by private message or email me at majormetal@hotmail.com

            Yes on plasma.

            I'm up for anything Spune

What size is the piece? The table cuts a tad over 2'x4' Email me some specs and a rough idea of the design and if it'll fit I'd be glad to take a look.

That sounds great. Good luck with the start-up! Do you have a brake press as well? I may be interested in a custom skid in the future.
                Thanks for sharing.

We broke mine with a cutoff wheel and a stick welder. Left a couple "tabs" and used a crescent wrench and cheater pipe to make the bends in the 1/4", then welded everything back up.

Here's a few things I've been working on lately for some friends and family.

Some plates for a friend. .080" aluminum roughly 7" wide.

Here's a Jayhawk I'm working on for my brothers newly finished basement den slash game room. Going to be polished .080" aluminum 24"x24"

Thanks. I do have a press brake, but it's a small home made deal I made for my 12t harbor freight. It has a max width of 16". I've had some pretty good luck bending 3/16" for some tube fenders by hand. It's a good way to work out those day to day issues ;)

How about a 1/4" lower link tab? Fresh off the table ready to go on, no clean-up necessary!

That is awesome!!! I think you can do well with this.

I don't have a need right now, but I'm sure I will eventually!

Couple projects I worked on Friday

Little tool box that clips on the side of my water table

And a bracket I whipped up to mount the fuel pump on my 50gal aux tank for the diesel

                              an oak?
