I purposely put in 9x9 doors with ten foot high ceiling in the garage. 1400 sq ft mancave upstairs. we bought the house 6 years ago and have done nothing but work on it since. The third floor is our bedroom so we wake up lookin at the sun rising over the mountain through those windows. It really is beutiful up there. Ele is 9600 ft. located in blackhawk just a couple miles from all the casinos.4x4LAND.com
