2 1/2 ton floor jack problem

I have this jack by MVP but I'm missing the little metal cup that goes on the end of the jack. It helps holds things in place you are jacking it up in the air. I can't find any parts store that can get me the cup. I was woundering if anyone on here knows what I could do. Even if someone could make me it that would be great.

cool, b/c so far no part stores can order it. They can order almost every little part and springs for a jack but not the metal cup, :?.
