1998 TJ gauges problem when it rains

I just bought a 1998 TJ Sport 4.0l Auto Hard top. When it rains I Loose all the gauges and the airbag light comes on. After I park it for a few hours and dries out they all work again. Any ideas

PS Looking for a cheap or free soft top for the summer

Take the dash apart and clean te connections on the back of the cluster. Reassemble with electrical grease. The contact works loose and gets dirty.

Sounds like a grounding issue.

the cluster yes as well and the ecm plugs and tes it is a ground on the data buss
