  • constant heat from floor vents

1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, heat is constantly blowing from floor vents even when the system is off. I'm sure its one of the many doors in the system but anyone know which one it is specifically?

It is the mode door assembly. To do it right you need to pull the dash and the case. You may as well replace the recirculate assembly while you are there. I have seen methods of hacking the case and fixing it in the car but there is no way that I would reccomend that.
Some people just need to get over themselves.
