Seat Belt Issue

My DS seat belt has an issue. The receiver seems like it won't snap back out. The button is down all the time. Is there a spring mechanism or something in there that I can fix? Or just buy a new one?

Wanted: DS seat belt buckle that'll fit my '94 YJ. I know all you guys that put in 5 pt harnesses have one laying around:)
