Can anyone recommend a good CB/antenna shop in the KC area? Preferably in the Bonner/ Shawnee/ Olathe area. Wanting to go look at brackets and antennas.

Radio Shack is probably the closest for a type of store. Otherwise, look into the truck gas stations along 70....29 since you are in Leavenworth. Radio Shack will be much cheaper, but the truck shops will have everything you need.

dont know about ks, but the radio shack in Indep. on 291 doesnt carry CB stuff (just cell phone ****) , but their blue springs store does (or so the 291 store claims) ;-)

Yeah that's cool. I'm sure there are places closer to Leavenworth than Blue Springs. Thanks though.
