Factory CD player stopped working

Ok so I have the stock radio with CD6 changer on it. It worked fine before I disconnected the battery to do the fender install the other day. Hooked everything back up and the radio works fine but the changer doesn't... it keeps trying to cycle through the CD's every so often but doesn't recognize anything is in there. Did I blow a fuse somewhere or....?

it has dust in it sometimes if i have disconnected the battery on mine it will do this ejecting one or sometimes all makes it start workinf again
