Will these tires fit?

Hi everyone, I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and current tire size is 235/65/17 but I want to purchase wheels off a Jeep Rubicon Tire size is 255/75/17 I want to know if the tires will fit onto my Cherokee without having to lift it. Also will it rub? Will spacers suffice? if anyone has done this please let me know if they will fit or what do you think i could do? Thanx in advanced.

Probably not. The 235/65-17 is roughly 30" tall and 9.5" overall width. The 255/75-17 is roughly 32.5" tall and 10.5" overall width.
The JK wheel is 5on5 lug pattern. I don't know what your 04 Grand Cherokee has for lug pattern.

But due to its overall height and tire width, it won't fit.

Correct lug pattern, but no those tires will not fit. I tried on one with 2" lift and they still would not fit.
