  • looking for something to seal where the hardtop and windshield meet ..

    I'm looking for sumthing seal the area between the hard top and the windshieldit must be pliable and removable " not silicone" i was thinking of maybe painters puddy or a high temperature wax .. has anybody come up with anything that won't destroy the paint ??

      Weather seal ?? you mean like the foam stuff they use around doors on houses ??

          I use 1" weatherstripping (the widest I can find) for both hardtop/tub & hardtop/windshield frame. Works great. I you plan on removing your hardtop every year, you'll need to remove the weatherstripping every year, so DO NOT clean up the area that the weather stripping will adhere on. That leads to a PITA with scraping off pieces since it wont peal off as easy.
