vertical windshield prone to impact - duh

I had mobile windshield repair done by KC AutoGlass on 27Aug2012 for $50 and it still looks like the day the work was done.
This weekend I had another Rock Star appear and called for a repair today. Same day mobile windshield repair was $35.

do they just do repairs or do they do replacements as well?
